Plant Genome Insights provides high-level, custom bioinformatics analyses for plant genomics and transcriptomics projects. We focus on transforming raw sequencing data into robust, biologically meaningful results suitable for scientific publication and advanced R&D applications.
We do NOT provide sequencing services. We work exclusively on your existing data (FASTQ, BAM, count matrices, assemblies, variant files), offering in-depth analysis, interpretation, and methodological refinement well beyond standard, sterile pipeline outputs.
Plant Transcriptomics
RNA-seq experimental design support, data quality assessment, read mapping and quantification,
differential expression analysis, co-expression network analysis (e.g. WGCNA),
pathway- and process-level interpretation, and integration with phenotypic,
physiological, or metabolic data.
Plant Structural Genomics
Genome annotation and refinement, repeatome and transposable element analysis,
comparative and evolutionary genomics, variant discovery, haplotype reconstruction,
and allele-specific analyses in crops and non-model plant species.
Data Rescue & Advanced Interpretation
Re-analysis of poorly processed datasets, correction of broken or superficial pipelines,
independent validation of third-party analyses, and deep downstream interpretation
focused on biological meaning rather than checkbox-style outputs.
